Graze Elevated was born from a simple idea: beautiful food should be as nourishing as it is delicious.
Based on Oʻahu, we bring a modern, entirely plant-based approach to grazing, combining chef-crafted specialties, premium ingredients, and artful presentation.
From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, our experiences invite guests to discover something new, share something delicious, and enjoy every moment.

From Healing to the Art of Grazing
It all began in Analea's own kitchen, where her personal healing journey inspired a fully plant-based lifestyle and a passion for nourishing, delicious food.
What started with cooking classes and intimate supper clubs soon grew into Eat Plants Elevate, her private chef business offering private dining and customized meal preparation.
While she loves creating weekly meal prep meals her clients, Analea missed the social joy of sharing food. At gatherings with friends, she would bring her homemade plant-based cheeses and creative small bites, which quickly became crowd favorites.
Inspired by these moments and her love of bringing people together, Graze Elevated was born—a sister brand to Eat Plants Elevate, blending wellness, culinary creativity, and the art of entertaining.
Her vision is simple: to make plant-based grazing an unforgettable experience that tastes incredible and leaves you feeling wonderful.
